American Motors Corporation’s Javelin was the “ponycar” Competitor to the Camaro, Firebird, Mustang, Cuda, Challenger. Prior to 1971 the AMX was a two seater sports car. Starting in 1971 the AMX was a separate model built on the Javelin platform, like the Pontiac Trans Am was to the Firebird. This was the highest performance model in the AMC line. Most AMC’s were built in Kenosha WI.

A complete rotisserie restoration with additional modifications makes this AMX a true one of a kind.

• 8 3/4 rear end with 355 gears

• Boss Wheel Company wheels, 18x9 front & 18x10 rear
• BFG Rival S tires: 275/35/18 front, 295/35/18 rear.
